SHAUN'S NEW YORK AWARD WINNING AUTOBIOGRAPHY

 'AN AWESOME RIDE'

A powerful and life changing story that touched the world

Penguin Books and Random House

'Through  A   Father's  Eyes

CHD - Childhood Congenital Heart Disease accounts for 40% of deaths in children under five years

and has effected over 100 million people worldwide, every week 40 babies are born with CHD

and 80% of all cases remain unsolved because doctors have no idea what causes this deadly disease.

Shaun was born with CHD / Atrial Septal Defect ASD / Ventricular Septal Defect VSD

and his amazing life story is filled with courage, gratitude and wisdom,

he was the only Australian child to receive two Heart Transplants

and three times filled by the power of the gift of love.

A hero and beacon of hope to all the cardiac kids as Heart Ambassador

for the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, the only child in their 149 year history

and public speaking on awareness and the important research needed

on television and radio all around the world.

An actor in 'Jack & Irish' with Guy Pearce starring as Jack on 'Neighbours

and offered a 5 year contract, dancer, comedian, cricketer, talented footballer

motivator to Garth Wood Australian professional boxer and N.S.W Rabbithos Rugby player

knock out victory against Anthony Mundine in 2010 at the Sydney Super Dome.

"Living Life to the Fullest" he won the Herald-Sun Pride of Australia Medal in 2012

but lost his own battle with CHD and it was forwarded to AFL Melbourne football star Jim Stynes.

He began his New York award winning book 'AN AWESOME RIDE'  at the age of 13

and changed the lives of millions of people, not only a double heart transplant recipient

but a survivor of youth bullying, his powerful story is a leader against teenage suicide.

His YouTube video 'My Final Goodbye' has a flow of 100 thousand hits per month now at 10 million

and through his appearance on 'The Dr Phil Show' U.S.A the Foundation receives emails everyday

from children, teenagers and parents, who are grateful for his guidance and positivity.

Today, Shaun's Father Cameron and the Foundation team are caretakers

of Shaun's vision for the cardiac children of the world.

Cameron's only child, their love and bond saw them through the perils

of heart transplantation, the joys of victory and the sadness and loneliness of defeat.

But nothing could prepare us for the journey that Shaun's books and life

have created for the cardiac childrenhis courage, wisdom and joy

challenge's us ALL everyday to believe that our own lives are sacred, significant

and simply...

AN AWESOME RIDE
